PROTECTION SERVICE
covers the basic needs of your property. It involves a secure key
holding program, which allows us to enter your property at least once a month
in order to dust and air out the facility, which help deter mold
and insects from thriving in your apartment and offers a security and presence,
check on all utilities, take an inventory and test the functionality of all
items inside. Besides, our routine presence will add a sense of vigilance and
security. We will keep you informed via your email of the condition of your
property and if requested we would take digital photos so that you can have an
updated status of your property. We will report promptly any issues we
encounter with your property and its contents. Included in the package is our
24 hour emergency contact. Our key holding program is also convenient because a
copy of the key is always available here for you or anyone else you permit to
use your property.

Our RENTAL MANAGMENT
SERVICE includes the BASIC PROTECTION SERVICE with a much higher
level of involvement in the management of your investment property. We rent
your apartment and assure that your property is always in perfect rental
condition. We actively pursue the advertising of your property, and handle the
marketing by setting up vacation packages and specials for you. We keep
track of the investment reporting, so you can keep track on the performance of
your investment portfolio If you consider delegating to us the responsibility
of renting your property we will ardently pursue the advertising and marketing
of your property locally by setting up appealing vacation packages and we are
in the process of doing the same to target European tourists, who are beginning
to
return to visit north
morocco.

return date for a reasonable fee.

a place to stay and hire a car.

administrative services and any additional services you may need.

Annual Fee for the package you are

Initial walkthrough and all issues with
developer or Construction Company completed.

All furniture packages completed, and
inventory receipts submitted.

A copy of your full inventory of the
contents of your property as submitted to the insurance company,
accompanied by receipt

The functionality of the property must be
ensured

The property management agreement must be
completed filled, signed, and returned
